We want you to be happy with FloatDeck Pro. If it isn’t right for you, we offer a straightforward refund.
14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your FloatDeck Pro purchase within 14 days of the purchase
date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email rkmohanchn@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with
your order number (from your purchase receipt).
- We’ll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Refunds are returned
to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- On refund, your FloatDeck Pro license is deactivated; the free version (all core actions + 1 slot) keeps working.
Notes
- FloatDeck Pro is a one-time digital purchase. Because every action is free to use without paying, you can fully
evaluate FloatDeck before buying.
- Requests made after 14 days may still be considered at our discretion.
- Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds in line with their own policies.
