These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FloatDeck browser extension and the FloatDeck website (together, the “Service”), and any paid features (“FloatDeck Pro”). By installing or using FloatDeck, or by purchasing FloatDeck Pro, you agree to these Terms.
FloatDeck is a Chrome browser extension that adds an on-page floating button with quick actions. Its core actions and full action catalog are free to use. FloatDeck Pro is an optional, paid upgrade that unlocks additional one-tap action slots and panels.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FloatDeck for your own use. A FloatDeck Pro purchase grants a license key that may be activated on a limited number of your own devices. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key, or attempt to circumvent licensing or payment.
FloatDeck Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms. FloatDeck Pro is currently offered as a one-time purchase (not a subscription).
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; interfering with its operation; or reverse-engineering it to bypass licensing. FloatDeck performs actions only when you trigger them; you are responsible for how you use those actions on third-party websites.
Some actions open third-party websites that you explicitly choose (e.g. Google Translate, Google Lens). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or browser version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloatDeck and its maker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for FloatDeck Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using FloatDeck at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
